Timer Coordinator - Katie Dawson
*Attend parent booster meetings and parent meetings; organize 12 parents per half to time in pairs for each lane; find someone to bring times from timers to those averaging the times.

*Attend parent booster meetings and parent meetings; shop for food that is required for each meet not provided by volunteers; provide sign-up sheets for volunteers for each home meet; coordinate volunteers for set up, selling, and clean up at each home meet.

*Attend parent booster meetings and parent meetings; coordinate officials/judges for each home meet; recruit more parents to become officials if/when needed.

Swim Team Apparel Sales - Kelly Krenzen / Ann Ozan
*Attend parent booster meetings and parent meetings; work with an organization to come up with an order form for families to order team apparel; try to have at least a first order so it arrives prior to Christmas
Parent Represntative 8&Under - Sue Kamper
*Attend parent booster meetings and parent meetings; gather concerns and information from parents who mainly come to the 4pm practice and bring to booster meetings for discussion.
Parent Represntative 12&Under - Kurt Kamper
*Attend parent booster meetings and parent meetings; gather concerns and information from parents who mainly come to the 7:15pm practice and bring to booster meetings for discussion.
